We live and breathe software and technology and looking for like-minded individuals. We’re not too keen on outlining a long list of required skills. Years of experience and certifications are nice, but expert level skills designing, developing, and consistently delivering high quality software are what we prioritize in the hiring/placement process. In general, here are the minimum qualifications we look for:
- Adaptable, independent learner and quick study with demonstrated desire to learn and work in new technologies. We prefer to hire smart people that can come up to speed quickly on new technology, vs. intelligent, rigid people who have difficulty quickly adapting to changes in technology.
- Written and verbal communication skills are critical. Because we afford our consultants ample opportunity to work across domains it is imperative that they are able to collaborate and communicate effectively with co-workers and clients alike.
