At SharpEcho we have a results-first attitude when it comes to work and place high value on our employees and those we place with other companies. We are patient when we hire and will commit to the effort and time necessary to find for the right person.  We focus on the quality of the needed candidate.  We don’t fill a position, just to fill a position.

We live and breathe software and technology and looking for like-minded individuals.  We’re not too keen on outlining a long list of required skills. Years of experience and certifications are nice, but expert level skills designing, developing, and consistently delivering high quality software are what we prioritize in the hiring/placement process.  In general, here are the minimum qualifications we look for:

• Expert level on Microsoft stack using C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Depth and breadth on additional technologies including: Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Xamarin, Bootstrap, client-side JavaScript frameworks, and several ORMs.
• Adaptable, independent learner and quick study with demonstrated desire to learn and work in new technologies. We prefer to hire smart people that can come up to speed quickly on new technology, vs. intelligent, rigid people who have difficulty quickly adapting to changes in technology.
• Written and verbal communication skills are critical. Because we afford our consultants ample opportunity to work across domains it is imperative that they are able to collaborate and communicate effectively with co-workers and clients alike.
